On the morning of Feb. 17, 2014, Feng Zhibin, CEO of Sinofert, talked with employees who are to be promoted to key posts. Executives in charge of HR and relevant departments and related managers were also present at the meeting.

During the meeting, the newly appointed key-positioned employees thanked the company for the training and the promotion, expressing their commitment and devotion to shouldering responsibility, leading the team, implementing the strategy of the company, & enhancing professional and managerial proficiency, so as to make contributions to the strategic transformation of the company and to improving business performance.

Mr. Feng said that “Development Promoting Talent Engine Strategy”is one of the 7 strategies of the company. Speeding up the cultivating of mangers is a core task to quicken the strategic transformation of the company. Mr. Feng hoped that the newly appointed key-positioned employees would take the lead in implementing the corporate culture of Sinochem, do a good job in team leading, maintaining a learning attitude, & be good at identifying and resolving problems, etc. In the end, Mr. Feng hoped that everyone would work hard on the new posts, creating more value and making bigger contributions to the company.
